GabyGoogle has surprised its fans with a new device. This time, it’s the company’s first smartwatch, the Google Pixel Watch, featuring a sleek domed dial and a Fitbit activity tracker. The watch is the latest entry in the Pixel family, which already includes laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Design
The watch has a domed glass face set in a stainless-steel case. The case comes in several colors, including silver, charcoal, and matte black.
The Pixel Watch supports up to 20 strap options, available in a range of colors and materials. The straps can include leather accents or a woven style. Additionally, the device includes 19 customizable watch faces.
Google built Fitbit activity tracking into the Pixel Watch to encourage owners to be more active.
Software
The smartwatch runs Wear OS, which makes it easy to install apps. You can use Google Maps for navigation and check email and messages from your favorite messenger app.
A key feature is Google Assistant, which uses AI to give owners quick access to the information they need.
Hardware
The Pixel Watch uses a Samsung processor and 2 gigabytes of RAM, and its battery lasts up to 24 hours on a single charge. That means you should get about a day of use between charges. It can recharge up to 50% in about one hour.
Internal storage is 32 gigabytes. That’s enough to install apps or download music, which is handy for running without a smartphone. The watch also has an NFC chip for Google Wallet contactless payments.
