Ingredients:
– A bunch of lettuce (optional)
– 200g of chicken breast (about 7 oz)
– 1 orange
– 50g of feta cheese (about 1.75 oz)
– Olive oil
Cook the chicken breast by boiling it, or sauté it in oil and brown it on both sides. Rinse the lettuce, dry it, and tear it into pieces. Peel the orange, remove the skin and white pith, and cut it into segments. Cut the cooled chicken into thin slices or small cubes. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Combine everything in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and squeeze some orange juice over the top.
