Easy Savory Spinach and Feta Muffins

Savory feta and spinach muffins

Ingredients:
100 ml of milk
75 ml of oil
2 eggs
250 g of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of paprika (optional)
50 g of fresh spinach leaves
150 g of feta cheese

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Prepare the muffin tins.
Finely chop the spinach and cut the feta into cubes.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and oil until smooth.
Gradually add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder, salt, and paprika, and knead the dough.
Finally, gently fold in the spinach and feta.
Divide the batter into the muffin tins.
Bake for 25–35 minutes, until golden brown.
