Prepare the marinade: Combine yogurt, herbs, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken for a few hours. Peel the potatoes and slice them. Arrange the slices in a greased baking dish. Place the chicken thighs among the potatoes. Pour the marinade (the one used for the chicken) over everything. Add the chopped tomatoes. Bake the dish for 45-50 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
