Ingredients:

2.2 lbs of pork
1 small young zucchini, seedless
2 onions
7 oz of homemade cheese
2 eggs
1 head of garlic
1 large bunch of fresh herbs (cilantro, dill, and parsley)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp of oil
100 ml of water

Wash the pork and grind it.
Grate the zucchini and onions using a large grater.
Mash the cheese with a fork.
Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Finely chop the herbs.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, adding the eggs, herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
Mix everything well.
Form the mixture into patties and place them in a baking dish, adding the oil and water.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven to 340°F (170°C) and bake another 30–35 minutes.
The patties are very tender and juicy. If you’re not a fan of cilantro, omit it.
The secret ingredient is cilantro.
