Start by boiling the broth. Cook the meat, then remove it and slice it thinly. Sauté the chopped onion and cook the tomato paste separately. Peel the pickles and cut them into diamond shapes.
Strain the boiling broth. Add the prunes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the sautéed onions, tomato paste, diced pickles, meat, and sausage. Simmer another 10–15 minutes and season with spices. Sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs before serving.
Ingredients: 400 g beef bones, 300 g meat, 80 g cooked sausage, 80 g semi-smoked sausage, 1 onion, 2–3 pickles, 80 g prunes, 50 g oil, spices, and herbs.
