Crispy Egg Cutlets

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • Salt to taste

Grate the hard-boiled eggs using a coarse grater. Add the finely chopped dill and green onions. Stir in the flour and semolina. Season with salt and add the sour cream. Mix thoroughly.

With damp hands, shape the mixture into patties. Fry in oil on both sides until cooked through.
