Easy Homemade Bran Rolls

Bran rolls
Ingredients:

500 ml of water (about 2 cups)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
8 g dry yeast (about 2 ¼ tsp)
800 g flour (about 6 ½ cups)
20 g bran (about ¼ cup)

Pour water at 30 degrees Celsius (about 86 degrees Fahrenheit) into a mixing bowl, then add salt, sugar, and yeast. Stir the mixture and let it sit for a bit. Next, add the flour and bran and knead the dough. Place the dough in a warm spot for about three hours, covering the bowl with a clean towel. Once the dough has risen, shape it into small rolls, brush them with egg wash, and sprinkle your choice of toppings. Leave them plain if you prefer! Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) until golden brown.
