Quick Shrimp with Cilantro-Lime Salsa

Ingredients: peeled royal shrimp (remove the intestinal vein, leave the tail on) – 600 g; grilled bell pepper – 200 g; red onion – 1 piece; chopped cilantro – ½ cup; lime (juice) – 1 piece; cold-pressed olive oil – 2 tablespoons; salt and pepper (ground black or hot chili) – to taste.
Preparation
For the salsa, roughly chop the grilled bell pepper and mix it in a large bowl with the onion, olive oil, cilantro, and lime juice. Season the salsa with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Heat a skillet and sauté the shrimp on both sides for 5–7 minutes. Spoon the salsa over the cooked shrimp and serve immediately.

Tip

To soften the flavor, prepare the shrimp without hot pepper (use black pepper instead) and add tomatoes to the shrimp salsa recipe.
