2 liters of milk
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
vanillin, food-grade ice
Bring the milk to a boil, then stir in the cocoa that you’ve mixed with the sugar and a little cold milk, and bring it back to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and mix the hot cocoa with the egg yolks beaten with the powdered sugar and vanillin. Let the mixture cool. Before serving, whip it until frothy and pour it into glasses.
