Emerald Whimsy: Layered Chicken-and-Grape Salad with Chips

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
100g of hard cheese
3 hard-boiled eggs
2-3 boiled potatoes
1 bag of chips
curry seasoning
mayonnaise
oil
salt
white grapes

Separate and set aside the egg whites from two of the hard-boiled eggs.
Cut the chicken breast into strips. Sauté the strips in oil until lightly browned. Season with salt and curry seasoning and cook until the chicken is fully done. Let the chicken cool.

Assemble the dish as follows:
1. Grate the boiled potatoes using a coarse grater and create a mayonnaise lattice on top.
2. Add the grated eggs and make another mayonnaise lattice.
3. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
4. Layer the sautéed chicken strips and add another mayonnaise lattice.
5. Grate cheese on top, then grate the reserved egg whites over the cheese.
6. Finally, place halved grapes on top and arrange chips around the edge of the plate.
