Three No‑Fuss Loaf Cakes: Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, and Kefir

First Option:

200 g mayonnaise (no added seasonings)
2 eggs
7 tablespoons sugar
9 tablespoons flour (or use half flour and half cornstarch)
1 packet baking powder — add it to the flour
Nuts, raisins, vanilla

Mix everything together.
Grease a loaf pan with butter and sprinkle it with semolina.
Add cocoa powder to half the batter and spoon alternating white and chocolate dollops to create a checkerboard pattern.
When cool, dust with powdered sugar and slice. It’s incredibly delicious!

Second Option:

1.5 cups sour cream
1.5 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 packet baking powder

Third Option:

100 g butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
100 g kefir
1 packet baking powder
Nuts, raisins, vanilla

Drizzle the finished cake with chocolate.
