Ingredients:
- Medium-sized crucian carp (one for each person)
- Onion
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Salt, pepper, and fish seasoning
Clean and rinse the fish. Rub each fish with salt, pepper, and fish seasoning. Marinate the onion as well: season it with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and mix well. Stuff each crucian carp with the marinated onion and place the fish on a baking sheet greased with oil. Brush the tops of the fish with oil to help form a nice crust while baking.
Bake the crucian carp for about 30 minutes at 340°F (170°C). The onion tucked inside the fish is the best part!
