Rum-and-Orange Fig Candy Balls

Pass 500 g of dried figs through a meat grinder, then add 150 g of powdered sugar, some orange juice, and a splash of rum to the ground figs. Roll the mixture into small balls, coat them in sugar, and place them on paper liners.
