Oven-Baked Pork with Apples

Pork with apples

Ingredients:

1.1 to 1.3 lbs of lean pork
2. 1 apple
3. 1 onion
4. 1 tablespoon of oil
5. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
6. 1 tablespoon of white wine
7. Salt, pepper, and your favorite meat seasoning

Cut the meat into pieces suitable for making cutlets. In a bowl, mix the oil, soy sauce, wine, and seasonings, then rub this mixture onto each piece of pork. Place the marinated pork in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Line a baking dish with foil, lightly grease the foil with oil, and arrange the onion rings on the bottom. Place the marinated meat on top of the onion rings. Top the meat with thin slices of peeled apple. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
