250g of plain yogurt
150g of homemade cheese (or cottage cheese)
Honey or sugar to taste
1 banana
Berries (strawberries, sweet cherries, blueberries, raspberries)
Corn puffs
Chocolate
Mint
Blend the cottage cheese and banana until smooth.
Add the yogurt and honey.
Mix well.
Break the corn puffs into small pieces. Layer them in the bottom of a dessert dish.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the corn puffs, add the berries, then add another layer of corn puffs and more yogurt mixture.
Create as many layers as you like.
Garnish with berries, grated chocolate, and mint.
Chill before serving.
