400 g cottage cheese
50 g margarine, melted
2-3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1-2 tablespoons sour cream
2-3 tablespoons sunflower oil
1/2 packet baking powder
3 tablespoons flour (yes, tablespoons!)
vanilla, cinnamon, fruit

Combine the cottage cheese with the warm melted margarine in a bowl. Mix in the eggs, sugar, and the other ingredients—add the baking powder to the flour. The batter should be somewhat loose. Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle it with semolina. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and top it with sliced apples (or any fruit you prefer). Sprinkle with cinnamon and a little sugar, then bake. Enjoy!
