Easy Cabbage and Spinach Pie

Cabbage and spinach pie
Ingredients:

3 eggs
250 ml full-fat kefir
80 g butter
2 to 2.5 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
Salt

Filling:
1 small head of cabbage
2 bunches of spinach
Salt
Pepper
Green onions or garlic

Finely chop the cabbage and slice the spinach before making the dough.
Mix the cabbage and spinach together. Add the green onions or garlic and season with salt.
Whisk the eggs with salt. Add the kefir and the melted butter.
Stir in the flour and baking powder.
Grease a 20×30 cm (approximately 8×12-inch) baking dish with butter. Spread half the dough (it should be about the consistency of sour cream) into the dish, layer the filling on top, then spoon the remaining dough over the filling.
Bake in a convection oven at 180°C (about 350°F) for 30–40 minutes.
