Crispy ‘Smashed’ Potatoes — an Easy Oven Recipe

Mashed potatoes
Ingredients:

6 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon potato seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them with their skins on.
Once cooked, place the hot potatoes on a baking sheet lightly greased with oil (you can use foil if you prefer).
Gently crush each potato with a potato masher until it cracks open.
Remove any loose skin from the top.
Mix the oil with the seasoning (I used the potato seasoning from Kamis).
Brush each potato generously with the mixture using a silicone brush.
Bake at 400°F until golden brown.
