Rice-Cooker Cottage Cheese Casserole

Cottage cheese casserole
Ingredients:

14 oz cottage cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp semolina
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sour cream (thicker, tangier Eastern European style)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3.5 oz dried apricots

Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Finely chop the dried apricots.
Add the remaining ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a rice cooker or to a silicone mold lined with plastic wrap, and steam for 35–40 minutes.
Let cool.
Dust with powdered sugar, chocolate shavings, or crushed nuts, or leave plain.
